We stopped by for dinner. The Vietnamese food here tasted great. It’s different from the regular pho shops. The waitress was friendly and promptly took our order. Strangely, they were bringing out our dishes in round robin with another table. Eventually, we received all three plates. The simple dishes can be done under $20. More advanced dishes can go as “market price”.

I’m from San Diego and came to Stockton to visit family and Binge Vietnamese Fusion seriously blew me away. Every single dish was packed with flavor, creativity, and that perfect balance of traditional Vietnamese comfort and bold fusion twists. I had the spicy passion fruit wings ( and tangy!), crispy fried squid, grilled oysters, papaya salad with jerky, and the bone marrow with toast..... every bite was yummy. The drinks? Amazing. I got the drink flight with Lycheerita, Guavakita, and Passionrita and honestly couldn’t pick a favorite because they were all refreshing with that chili rim that gave it a little kick. Service was great, and the atmosphere had a fun, modern vibe. This is one of those spots you wish you had in your hometown. I’ll definitely be back every time I’m in town.

First time here! Went around 5pm on a Saturday. I love how the inside of the restaurant looks plus outdoor seating. Staff is very nice and helpful when it comes to food recommendations. My boyfriend and I weren’t too hungry, we just wanted to get out. We ordered a dozen oysters and two rounds of wings… We tried the Korean Fusion and the Spicy Passionfruit, both delicious! You won’t regret trying this place out. I only rated the food 4/5 because we only ordered appetizers

If I could give this restaurant a 100/10 I would! Everything we ate was delicious and the staff was amazing!! My bestie just had her 40th bday at the restaurant and it was impeccable. Linh + the team took great care of us! I will be back here for sure. I’m still thinking about the salt and pepper shrimp, garlic noodles and wings. Amazing menu and even better food!! Please go support and enjoy this restaurant as much as I did!

Found this place through a very happy accident and wow will most absolutely be coming back. I was thrilled to see they were part of the Stockton Vegan Chef Challenge and got the banh xeo tacos which were delicious and I am obsessed with their taco shell which was like nothing I’d ever had before, crunchy and I think beautifully colored with just a highlight of turmeric maybe. Great, bright peppery flavors and perfect sauce. We also had the hamachi kama that was so artistically presented as well as off the charts good. We also shared the truffle fries which were decent but maybe the fries were just a touch overdone for our liking, though the truffle sauce was good although maybe we could have used a little more. I’m sure they would have given us more if we asked for it, our service was swift and extremely friendly. The restaurant itself is really aesthetically pleasing inside. I love the open high ceiling and the giant open roll door to the very nice patio seating and couches which was especially nice on a lovely early evening. Everything was pristinely immaculately clean which is something I extra love. There are so many dishes we want to come back and try. The jackfruit salad, and so many others that are so different and unique and give them real fusion cred!

A must go! Even if you have never had Vietnamese food, you will love it here! We have been twice and defonately coming back. We haven't had anything we didn't like. Oysters are great, chicken wings amazing, garlic noodles are a great side but get the beef carpacio! It's something I could eat every week and never get sick of. Flavors are incredible! Also Bahn mi fries are insane!! We keep trying new things because they are all great!

This unique fusion is really interesting and has you wanting to try their entire menu. Makes you want to binge it all! It was too bad we didn’t go on Thursday to try the banh xeo tacos. We will definitely have to try those tacos on our next trip. It’s not what you normally expect from a Vietnamese restaurant so I definitely recommend you try this place for yourself. I was today years old when I found out they had their own style papaya salad.
